A Guide to Refilling E Cigarette Cartridges

As one of the features of three part systems for E cigarettes, the smoker is able to refill the cartridges to stretch the e liquid even further – as an alternative to buying cartridges for electronic cigarettes that must be discarded once they have been finished. 1. Remove the electronic cigarette cartridge from the atomizer. Ensure that the electronic cigarette is not charging while you are attempting to refill the cartridge within it. 2. Using a pin, you must remove the small interior container of the cartridge from the cartridge. The best way to do this is to use a pin through the bottom of the cartridge and push the container upwards to allow you to fill the container with the liquid. 3. Once it has been removed you can refill the cartridge. Depending on the brand of the cartridge it will often take between five to eight drops of the e liquid. It is important to use the right amount of liquid and avoid overfilling the cartridge.

Avoid puddles through the cartridge as this can affect the performance. Five to eight drops of the e liquid will be equal to .05 mL of the liquid once it has been placed into the cartridge. If you are in any way unsure about the amount that should be used you should measure the .05 mL before placing it in the cartridge. 4. Once the e cartridge has been filled to the top without pooling of the liquid you can replace the liquid cartridge back into the atomizer. Do not replace the cartridge if it has been over-filled as this can damage the atomizer. 5. You are now ready to continue as you were with the cartridge and continue to smoke the e cigarette.
